  • Festival Passes are not available Ticket Pia. Advance Sales are available at Ticket Pia and Lumiere until July 15, and at Spiral until July 17.
  • Single tickets and 4-program coupons are available at the above four outlets, while festival passes are only available at Spiral, Lumiere and through Postal wire transfer.
  • Postal wire transfer tickets can be purchased until July 5. Please enter the type of the ticket (for single tickets, Include the program name and time) In the "notes" section of the form (available at any post office). All tickets should be paid for at the post office. Bring the wire transfer receipt to the festival box office at Spiral during the festival to pick up your tickets.
  • Tickets are available from June 1st at Ticket Pia, Spiral, Lumiere and Postal wire transfer.



Please note the following

  • Only 100 Festival Passes will be issued.
  • The festival does not accept reservations by telephone, fax or e-mail.
  • At the Door tickets will be on sale at the festival box office at Spiral during all days of the festival.
  • 4-program coupons are not show-specific. You can exchange the coupon for tickets to specific programs at the festival box office at Spiral during the festival. However, ticket availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis, and we cannot guarantee entry to programs that sell out. Therefore, we recommend you exchange your coupons for the films you want to see as soon as possible.
  • A limited number of standing-room-only tickets will available for all sold-out programs. Tickets may be purchased or exchanged from 4-program coupons beginning 15 minutes before show time. As standing room-only tickets are limited, we cannot guarantee entry to programs that sell out.
  • Ticket-holders should arrive no later than 15 minutes before the program begins.
  • 4-program coupons may be used for weekday matinees, but the difference In ticket price will not be refunded.
